Hub City Property Management was founded out of frustration with existing property management services in Moncton. With 40+ doors of our own, we built our entire business model based on what real estate investors actually want and prioritize transparency in pricing.

As seasoned real estate investors and tenants ourselves, we've touched on every POV of the property management world and the common theme we've realized is tenants want to be treated like humans, not dollar signs and owners deeply value transparency

Our mission is to change the industry for the better and for all by offering best in class quality management that values and appreciates tenants rather than see them as simply profit centers and empowers owners to see that their properties are receiving the best care possible through transparent reporting and communication
